Services

Moura General Services provides landscaping and tree services including tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, mulching and garden beds, and yard cleanup and hauling, within approximately 40 miles of Richmond, Virginia. All descriptions of services on the Site are for general information and do not constitute a binding offer.

Estimates and Quotes

Estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the conditions observed or described at the time of the assessment. A quote may be revised if the scope of work changes, if site conditions differ from what was described, or if additional work is requested. We will always communicate and agree on any changes before performing additional work.

Scheduling and Weather

Outdoor work depends on weather and safety conditions. We may need to reschedule appointments due to rain, storms, high winds, or other conditions that make the work unsafe. We will notify you as early as possible and offer the next available date.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion and approval of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Zelle, Venmo, cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks or reversed payments may be subject to additional fees permitted by Virginia law.

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area on the scheduled date
• Inform us of known hazards such as septic systems, irrigation lines, invisible fences, or buried utilities on private property
• Secure pets indoors during the work
• Obtain any homeowners association approval that may be required for the work

Property and Site Conditions

We take care to protect your property while performing our services. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden or unmarked private utilities and structures, or conditions that were not disclosed to us before the work began.

Communications

By providing your phone number or email through the Site, you consent to being contacted by phone, text message, or email about your request and our services. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Moura General Services or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moura General Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that service.

Indemnification
